Hello

Seit Heute Ich habe gewechselt von T-Com zu Kabel BW (CK25) alles funktioniert aber, Ich habe problem zu internet telefonie settings(für Sipgate rufnr) über Fritzbox 7170.Ich habe gestelt analog phone in FB7170 aber telephone funktioniert nicht [img]images/smiles/010.gif[/img]
Ich habe eine nachricht in ereignisse dass anmeldung der internetruffnummer nicht erforglich als DNS fehler.

Können Sie bitte mir helfen?

Did you follow these instructions? I don't know how the Webinterface of the 7170 looks like, but my 7270 has the option to choose sipgate as VoiP provider.
Thus there are less options and the setup sould be easier.

What's the firmware on your 7170? 20.94.80 is the newest:

First of thanks for reply. I made settings for Voip provider, also I have latest Firmware for Fritzbox7170.
Only thing is that when I see Protokoll(logfile) in Fritzbox there is message that"anmeldung der internetrufnr nicht erforglich DNS fehler"

I think my modem blocks the zugang daten of voip provider for registration.

Is there any solution?

or

instead of getting IP address from DHCP server , I can do manual configuration. the only problem is I dont have DNS server details( for eg. primary server ip, secondary server ip, subnetz mask etc) of KAbelbw


how to proceed now?

no I don't think so. as far as i know it cannot resolve the ip for sipgate.de
(-> Domain Name Server Error)
You don't need the DNS details of KabelBW, just let him retrieving the information via DHCP

I'm not at home, but maybe there's a problem with kabelbw
(it sometimes happens, that the browser can't resolve the ip for a website.
some minutes later it's ok again.)

Another possibility is that sipgate has some kind of problem with a server.

You could try via command prompt: "tracert sipgate.de"
That shows if sipgate.de can be resolved and what the route to the sipgate servers is

But I have same problem for another Voip provider. " actionvoip.com"

I have this problem since sunday when I shifted to Kabel BW from T-com

with T-com all was ok.......

is there anything I can ask for KabelBW technician?

If you want to try to configure your network connection manually, use this DNS Servers.

85.216.127.130
82.212.63.122

These are the official KBW DNS-Servers. Maybe you would like to try an other DNS-Server. Then go to this Site: Link.

Hi Code name 87 & Maximize


I have manged to set up my Fritzbox in KabelBW modem, Internet thru LAN & WLAN works fine,also Internet telephony works with Sipgate. The only problem is SIP settings for "Actionvoip" this is provider I use to call India.This VOIP provider does not give a specific telephone No to cutomer, but only Username, password & other SIP settings as( registrar server:sip.actionvoip.com,stunserver:sip.actiovoip .com)
With Telekom it was working fine (without entering Internet telephone number) but with Fritzbox asks for Internet telephone number which I dont have.
so whenever I call thru this port I get dial tone but after dialling the tel nr for e.g. 0091xxxxxxxx to India , I get busy tone after some secs & in Log file I can see that " Internet telefonie for 0091xxxxx war nicht erforglich Fehler:503
But I can call thru PC & Notebook using the software without any problem.
Can you please help out with this issue?

I am having also Telecom DSL running parallel which will end next week.
The thing I did that I deleted the my Actionvoip SIP settings from Telecom W701V router & also deleted Actionvoip as well as Sipgate settings from Fritzbox.Then I freshly configured(exactly like before) Fritzbox first for Actionvoip provider using port1 & tested it. It was working.Then also Port2 I configured for Sipgate exactly same way before.

Now port1 on Fritzbox uses Actionvoip provider & port2 uses Sipgate as provider. So both are working

Further more Also I configured Telecom Router again for Actiovoip, now that also working......
